Nokia 770 phone

It’s not a Pocket PC , but it’s more than a pocket pc .

With the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet you can browse your favourite sites and catch up on your email – from right where you are.

The Nokia 770 comes with a sophisticated set of software . The core software bundle is named “Internet Tablet 2005″, and it includes a fully featured web browser based on Opera (including javascript and Flash compatibility), RSS news reader, MP3 and streaming audio playback, video playback and a comprehensive image view. The Nokia 770 can also read Adobe Acrobat PDF files. On top of this is an email client featuring all common mail protocols.

Nokia said the 770 can use VOIP in the future by using  new software package. We hope see the day come .

DualCor cPC

DualCor Technologies announced the cPC, a full-fledged handheld Windows XP Tablet computer that also runs Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system for its smart phone functionality. The cPC is 6.5 inches long, 3.3 inches wide, 1.2 inches thick and has a 5-inch diagonal screen, 2 cpu.

 

Specifically it runs the Windows XP (Tablet edition) operating system, a 1.5GHz C7-M processor from Via Technologies (the other is a 400MHZ cpu )and 1GB of DDR 2 memory, along with a 40GB hard drive.
cPC not only runs Windows XP, but it’s also a smart phone. More importantly, DualCor also embedded the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system which allows you to get 8-12hrs of standby time versus 3 hours when running in Windows XP mode, making this an attractive option for power users, travelling salespeople, and all the gadget freaks.

Price is $1500 .
